Monofil netting is characterized by high mechanical strenght. It gives an original appearance to the final meat product (spiral effect)

Availabale types depending on the number of stitches between rubbers: 

  • CB (4 - 12 stitches)
  • EB (3 stitches)
  • MB (2 stitches)

heat resistance:

  • maximum 125°c

colours:

  • white
  • red
  • transparent (for the covering)

METHOD OF application:

  • manual
  • using manual and pneumatic applicators
  • directly on the product or with collagen film/cellulose

Strenght of the netting (number of rubbers in one covering):

  • standard strength of the netting (1 rubber)
  • increased strenght of the netting (2 rubbers) – for EB and CB netting
  • the highest strenght of the netting (3 rubbers) - for EB and CB netting

NUMBER of meters in a roll:

  • standard 50 machine meters
  • depending on customer’s needs - 25, 100 and other
  • the so-called: super bobbins – 500 m, 1000 m

COILS in the rolls (Facilitate work with the roll) Optional:

  • plastic
