Flexible HoldNet netting is ideally suited for the production of formed meat products. It was designed for caliber-keeping products along the entire length of the bar and for limiting the maximum stretch of the netting.
It is used in the production of both smoked and scalded products. Thanks to its properties it maintains a constant caliber, which is of particular importance in the manufacture of sliced products.
The mesh can be used in combination with collagen, cellulose or directly on the muscle, with the most popular applicators, both automatic and manual. It is sold in the form of a sleeve wound on a roll.
