Our Customer has recently enriched his offer with a very original product in edible Collarex^® casing. Swojak is a traditional product from podlaski region, with extraordinary flavour and aroma properties. Thanks to application of Collarex^® casing, we optimised the production process and substituted two packaging methods with just one. At the same time we managed to keep the rustical character of the final product.

Podlaska Chata meat processing plant is a company focused on high quality goods, bringing back childhood memories.
